How do I edit the information on my Event99 Manager Business profile?

To edit the information on your Event99 Manager Business profile go to event99.ng/vendor You can then log in with the login email shown above, and the password you created. Here you can edit any incorrect information, as well as adding additional elements such as photos and videos which will enhance your profile.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to event99.ng/vendor and click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ below blue button. Then fill in your login email address and a password reset link will be sent to you.

I want to change my login email?

To change your login email, please log in to your account at event99.ng and go the the settings tab. There you can change your login email.

Once I have signed up, where will enquiries go?

Enquiries will go to you directly. You will have to login to your Event App Manager profile to see your enquiries from couples, event planners and also enquiries will be sent to your email. Please do make sure your enquiry email address is up to date, as otherwise you won’t receive the enquiry!
